一、概述
河南邦(bang)信外加電(dian)流(liu)陰(yin)極保(bao)護恒(heng)電(dian)位儀通過參(can)比電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)測(ce)量通電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)點電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)位(wei),作為取(qu)樣信號與控(kong)制信號進行比較(jiao),實(shi)現(xian)控(kong)制并調節極(ji)化電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流輸(shu)出,使通電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)點電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)位(wei)得以保持在(zai)設定的控(kong)制電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)位(wei)上。邦(bang)信恒(heng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)位(wei)儀主要用于在(zai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)過程動力學、電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)分析、電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)解、電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)鍍(du)、金屬相(xiang)分析,金屬腐蝕速度測(ce)量和(he)各種(zhong)腐蝕與防腐研究以及(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)化學保護參(can)數測(ce)試。

一(yi)、操作說明
1、預熱(re):接(jie)通電源,預熱(re)15分鐘,以使儀器工作(zuo)在穩定狀態。
2、校(xiao)準:指電(dian)流表(biao)零(ling)點校(xiao)正。接通(tong)電(dian)源,預熱15分鐘后,按下“校準”鍵(jian)(11),“通一斷”開關(13)置(zhi)于(yu)“斷”的位置(zhi),電(dian)流(liu)量(liang)程(2)置于2mA檔(dang),如電(dian)流表(3)顯示不為(wei)0.000可調節前面(mian)板上(shang)的(de)“調零”鍵(12),使電流(liu)表顯示為0.000。
3、電(dian)極(ji)開路電(dian)位測(ce)量:即研究電(dian)極(ji)自(zi)然腐蝕電(dian)位測(ce)量,將(jiang)電(dian)極(ji)輸(shu)入(1)的引線連接到電解池體系,“通-斷(duan)”開關(13)置于“斷”位(wei),接通(tong)電源(14),打(da)開電源開關(15),預(yu)熱15分(fen)鐘(zhong)后按下“恒電(dian)位”鍵(8),電流鍵(11),“參比”鍵(jian)(5),數(shu)字表(4)顯(xian)示即為參比電極(ji)相對于研究電極(ji)的開路電位,即研究電極(ji)的自然腐蝕(shi)電位,但符號相反。
4、恒電位(wei)極化(hua)測(ce)量:按照上述第3項完(wan)成自然腐蝕電位測量后,接著按下“給定”鍵(5),此時數(shu)字表(4)顯示的給定電位值,調(diao)(diao)節恒電位給定電位之粗調(diao)(diao)鍵(6)和細調鍵(7),使數字表(4)顯示給定電位值,與(yu)自(zi)然腐蝕電位值相(xiang)等。“通(tong)-斷”關開(13)置(zhi)于“通”的(de)位(wei)(wei)置(zhi),此時輔(fu)助電(dian)極的(de)電(dian)路接通,儀器開始(shi)實施恒電(dian)位(wei)(wei)運作,現在便可進行以自然腐(fu)蝕電(dian)位(wei)(wei)為起點的(de)恒電(dian)位(wei)(wei)極化測量。
