管道(dao)陰(yin)(yin)極保(bao)(bao)護(hu)中因為(wei)多半是(shi)埋地管線,現在(zai)的(de)管道(dao)防腐層絕緣效(xiao)果出色,負(fu)面效(xiao)應(ying)就(jiu)是(shi)耦合(he)(he)的(de)雜散電(dian)(dian)流(liu)增多,一(yi)旦管道(dao)穿(chuan)過高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)線路(lu)(lu),或電(dian)(dian)氣(qi)化鐵路(lu)(lu)、電(dian)(dian)廠(chang)等干擾源,其(qi)(qi)(qi)容易干擾大(da)(da),雜散電(dian)(dian)流(liu)多,甚至有(you)(you)(you)些(xie)高(gao)(gao)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)大(da)(da)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)會損(sun)壞陰(yin)(yin)極保(bao)(bao)護(hu)中的(de)恒電(dian)(dian)位儀。以(yi)至于(yu)整個陰(yin)(yin)保(bao)(bao)工程無法投運,管道(dao)失去了保(bao)(bao)護(hu),給管線壽命帶來(lai)影(ying)響。固態去耦合(he)(he)器(qi)應(ying)運而生,他可(ke)有(you)(you)(you)效(xiao)的(de)排除各種高(gao)(gao)于(yu)陰(yin)(yin)保(bao)(bao)要(yao)求的(de)雜散電(dian)(dian)流(liu),并且防止雷(lei)擊損(sun)壞,耦合(he)(he)交流(liu)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)。 最(zui)早于(yu)加拿大(da)(da)防腐設備巨頭RUSTROL公(gong)司研制并投入市場,因其(qi)(qi)(qi)售(shou)價較高(gao)(gao),大(da)(da)陸(lu)大(da)(da)多采(cai)用其(qi)(qi)(qi)合(he)(he)資生產商,錦然(ran)電(dian)(dian)氣(qi)(青島(dao))有(you)(you)(you)限(xian)公(gong)司生產的(de)ISSD系列固態去耦合(he)(he)器(qi)。售(shou)價便宜,做工優(you)良,品質(zhi)安全可(ke)靠(kao)。是(shi)國(guo)內標(biao)準的(de)制定(ding)者,中石油(you)中石化上圖指定(ding)型號(hao)。唯有(you)(you)(you)不(bu)足之處(chu),其(qi)(qi)(qi)受外國(guo)高(gao)(gao)端元器(qi)件(jian)產能影(ying)響,庫存(cun)較少,供(gong)貨周(zhou)期稍長。[1]

響,延長管道(dao)的使用壽命。同時,又能防(fang)止雜散電流在管道(dao)上匯(hui)集后(hou)對人體的危害以(yi)及對通信線路(lu)的干擾。
作為直(zhi)流(liu)(liu)隔(ge)離和交(jiao)流(liu)(liu)耦(ou)合裝置,SSD用于防止陰極保(bao)護(hu)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)達到(dao)預定的閾值(zhi)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),同時(shi)還(huan)能傳導(dao)感應(ying)的交(jiao)流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)。當電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力圖超過閾值(zhi)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)時(shi),SSD立即(ji)切換到(dao)短(duan)路模式,以(yi)提供過壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)保(bao)護(hu).當過電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)過去之(zhi)后,又自動切換回到(dao)直(zhi)流(liu)(liu)隔(ge)離模式。這樣的運行方(fang)式可以(yi)進行無數次(ci),這通(tong)常是由于交(jiao)流(liu)(liu)故障電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)或雷電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)引起。SSD的標(biao)準閡值(zhi)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)為-2V/+2V。閾值(zhi)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)可以(yi)是絕對(dui)值(zhi)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),或峰(feng)(feng)值(zhi)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),在(zai)此(ci)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)處切換發生,此(ci)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)為跨(kua)于隔(ge)離器兩端的市流(liu)(liu)和交(jiao)流(liu)(liu)峰(feng)(feng)值(zhi)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)之(zhi)和。這使得跨(kua)于SSD端子(zi)上的箝位(wei)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)很(hen)低、很(hen)安全。
與DEI的大多數(shu)產品一樣,SSD經(jing)過獨立的實驗(yan)室認(ren)證(zheng).確認(ren)符合所(suo)有知(zhi)名的美國、加拿大和(he)歐洲標(biao)準(zhun)。檢驗(yan)和(he)認(ren)證(zheng)由美國保險商實驗(yan)所(suo)(Underwriters Laboratorics---UL)和(he)Demko執(zhi)行,因此取得UL、CUI(滿足CSA要求)列名和(he)CE標(biao)志。經(jing)過認(ren)證(zheng),SSD可用于危險的場(chang)合(2類2區)。
